Action Transport Theatre is now recruiting for a Project
Manager (Maternity Cover). Action Transport Theatre, one of Arts Council
England’s National Portfolio of Arts Organisations, wishes to appoint
an experienced individual to project manage ATT’s exciting programme of
work on a maximum 12 month contract.
Job Overview:
The Project Manager will oversee the project management of all professional, participatory and new writing programmes of work. The Project Manager will manage all internal communications systems and support the Artistic Director and external communications person(s)/organisations in the delivery of internal and external communications needs of all professional, participatory and new writing programmes of work.
Main Purpose of Job:
- To be responsible for managing the comprehensive planning, administration, monitoring and evaluation of all projects, productions, workshops and events working to the Executive Director.
- To manage the booking, administration, monitoring and evaluation of the touring work of the company.
- To develop and manage internal communications systems and support the Artistic Director and external communications person(s)/organisations in the delivery of internal and external communications needs of all professional, participatory and new writing programmes of work.
- To support the Artistic Director in the programming and audience development of Whitby Hall, being responsible for the management, administration and evaluation of the annual programme of visiting companies.
Hours: 28 hours per week (pro rata)
Annual Leave: 22.5 days per annum (pro rata)
Closing date for completed applications: Monday 7th October 2013 at noon.
Interviews: week commencing 14th October 2013.
Start date: November 2013.
