As true innovators in their sector they operate a number of major loyalty programmes and are taking a leading role in developing the role of mobile in delivering an engaging customer experience.

Reporting to the Director of Customer Loyalty, the Product Manager / Solutions Marketing Manager will play an integral part of the Agile Team by leading and championing the on-going development of market leading products. The Product Manager / Solutions Marketing Manager will be responsible for ensuring the team is building the right product and achieving the expected return on investment.

You will be the voice of the Agile Team to internal and external stakeholders and will ensure that resources are deployed effectively to meet both the demands of our clients and the anticipated demands of the market.

To Qualify… You will need to be an effective, organised and experienced Product Manager / Solutions Marketing Manager or similar who can demonstrate:

• Educated to at least degree level standard or with equivalent experience.
• Strong Communication skills including written communication, negotiation, presentation creation and delivery
• Programme management skills to manage multi-departmental, cross-company stakeholders;
• Business acumen to define commercial strategies and ensure profitable partner relationships
• Significant product/service marketing and product/service management experience in business-to-business IT sectors
• Proven track-record in analysing market needs and successfully bringing to market value propositions that meet those needs and deliver ROI
• Exposure to sales/marketing of complex IT solutions requiring multitasking and rapid decision-making.

Knowledge of Agile Methodology and experience of Customer Loyalty solutions for Retail would be beneficial but not necessary. Any exposure to technical platforms or database systems and experience of working with partners to provide integrated solutions offerings for clients would also be a plus.
