The Design & Digital Media team is responsible for the Museum 's creative use of technology for public Programmes . Our networked systems are core to the visitor experience , Whether that's online or on- site in our galleries . Increasingly , our systems must work seamlessly across all platforms.

The Museum 's digital strategy formalises its Commitment to open data , citizen science and open-source Approaches , With ambitious plans for mobile interpretation.

The successful candidate will Provide technical leadership for the delivery of the Museum 's digital strategy. They Will Also keep the Museum at the forefront of innovative Approaches to public engagement. You will liaise with staff in all departments across the museum - especially Those in Collections Management, IT , Learning & Interpretation and Exhibitions - and work with external partners and collaborations .
